Let's recap London Fashion Week for a second! A fantastic few days with friends and colleagues, admiring work from amazing makers. London is a frontrunner to youthful, innovative and colourful design, and if you make your way past the beautiful Somerset House whilst the circus is in town, you will find a maze of all the colours of the rainbow. And even so, I found myself on the last day of fashion week, jumping in an all monochrome outfit. And then again. Being me, there was no leaving the house without colour, and Folli Follie having so kindly kept me in company during fashion week, this bag went with me on some of my fashion week errands (love how it effortlessly paired with denim too, woohoo).

IN THE WIND

Fashion week is over for this time! That is, London, of course, and many of my friends have already gone to Milan, to continue their work there. I will take a little break in between to catch my breath before taking on Paris Fashion Week, which I am so excited to be visiting for the second time! You know my obsession with denim, so of course this will be coming alongside with my loafers, in case I'm in need of some eye contact.
∴
This was a quick shoot after the last show yesterday, shot by my friend Victor Jones who is one of the most talented street style photographers I know. Always a pleasure, and even had his lovely girlfriend Laura stay at mine during these days! Nothing like when friends come to town, we were munching burritos and slurping matcha lattés (and I still chose to wear white culottes)..

OUT OF OFFICE

As you might very well know, London Fashion Week is on! Days are filled with shows, events, meetings and a whole lot of catching up with those amazing creatives of the industry, that are only in town these times of year. It is getting me even more excited, for when I am heading off to Australia in a month, where I will be spending a good 6 weeks to get a feel for warmer temperatures, and let's be honest.. Someone here needs a bit of D-Vitamin and the kind of granola, that only the Aussies do. I'm getting ahead of myself (just deleted three lines of: "and I can't wait for this and this and this..") and first: Fashion Week!
